Explanation

Initial consultation

We chat for half-an-hour so that we can get a feel for eachother, and for you to sketch out what you are hoping to achieve, what you are struggling with, and what you have already tried. The additional 10 minutes at the start of the session are just there to figure out any tech-trouble.

Conversation

A normal-length session where we explore the efforts you've been making, what has been working, what has not been working, and how things could be different. We can discuss essentially anything, but I will always be looking through the lens of what you can control, and how you are going about exerting that control.

Planning session

A normal-length session where we look through all of your upcoming obligations and desires and try to organize, prioritize, and schedule them. I will try to keep you clear about what you want to achieve, and what that implies for your schedule, and together we will break down large projects into small chunks. At the end of every session, if you so choose, I can upload our planning notes.

Combined session

We start by having a top-level conversation about your experiences since the last session, very much like a normal conversation, and then segue into a planning session. More than 2 separate sessions, the two parts bleed into eachother, where we can discuss your general experiences with the planning process at length, and then create a planning that is well attuned to our earlier conversation.

Planning notes

During any planning session, I take notes and organize appointments and todos while we chat. These notes can either be simply sent over email or WhatsApp, or I can upload them to this website, free of charge. Each client's notes live in a hidden directory, and only exist online in a heavily encrypted format and can therefore only be viewed with a password unique to you that I provide you with.
